June 29: Getting to vacation & schedule

Well, already running late! Was supposed to be ready to leave tomorrow am, but haven't packed yet. Today was busy with bank stuff, brought the lady who will be watching the house and cats while Mom is Boston over and drove her home, shopping for food and picking up the rental car. Still will try to leave tomorrow, although I am prepared to have to leave Sunday. I refuse to push myself any more, especially with everything in the past few months, or years!

So the current schedule is to get up to New Hampshire, relax on the lake and with family, then head to a town near Boston July 7 where friends are, stay over 2 nights and get the kids on the plane to Italy. Then July 9 Beth and I go to Boston, appt with Dr. Cohn at 12:00 to discuss things. I hope to do something fun on Tues, I would love to go to the Boston Museum, then Weds pre-admit testing. Thurs surgery.

My color and scent for this one will be..... Rose. I was going to go with lilac, but too close to lavender and that didn't work. So, muted rose and that scent will be the designated ones for this surgery.

Off to pack. Will update sometime next week. Thanks for checking, Laurie

Rose is the color of this blog also. Is that intentional?

Good idea taking it easy. Have a good time relaxing by the lake!

I'll be thinking of you on the 12th.
