Thursday - 1 week post surgery
THURSDAY AUGUST 17 DAY 7 ONE WEEK FROM THE DAY OF SURGERY!!!!GREAT NEWS!!!!!LAURIE JUST CALLED ME - YES SHE JUST CALLED ME AND SHE IS BEING DISCHARGED TODAY!!!! She was SO EXCITED!They will be staying in Boston til at least Monday as she will see Dr. Cohn for final checkup and will then drive to NY for the night and HOME to PA sometime Wednesday!!!!THIS IS THE BEST NEWS OF THE WEEK!

This is awesome news. We are so excited and happy for you. Things are moving in such a super positive way. I check the blog almost everyday for updates. It sounds like you have been super strong throughout this whole deal. You are still in our prayers. Be safe as you travel back to PA.
